What are the requirements for a traineeship at MEKRA Lang?

School degree requirements vary according to the type of training you are interested in. Detailed infomation is provided in the individual job descriptions. We are also interested in more global personal qualities, such as diligence, independence, and th ability to work well in teams.


Which are the part-time vocational schools that provide classroom instruction for the training?

Depending on the individual traineeship, we cooperate with the vocational schools in Bad Windsheim, Ansbach, Fürth, Nürnberg, Dinkelsbühl, and Selb.


How much vacation time is trainee at MEKRA Lang entitled to?

Trainees work for 37.5 hours per week.


How much vacation time is a trainee at MEKRA Lang entitled to?

Trainees are entitled to 30 vacation days per year. Needless to say, the trainees are allowed to take their vacation time during school holidays.


What is the compensation for a trainee?

Depending on the traineeship year and the corresponding career path, trainees receive from € 620.00 to € 820.00. An HR representative can provide you with th latest information concerning this question.
