Bach flower essences - a side-effect-free supplement to conventional medicine

Come down and relax in this "sometimes strange time". This was the motto of the lecture held by Susanne Lang about the flower essences of Dr. Edward Bach and their effects on body and mind, which took place in the context of the Health Days of the company MEKRA Lang in Ergersheim last Thursday.

Susanne Lang, managing partner of the MEKRA Lang Group and owner of ELB - Blütenenergien nach Dr. Bach e.K. addressed the individual mental balance together with the participants. She spoke about the production of Bach flowers in Ergersheim, but also told private, sometimes funny anecdotes about the use of flower essences in her family and with customers. The Bach flower essences can be used in the most diverse life situations. For exam anxiety, for relaxation, for immune balance. The possibilities of Bach flower therapy are unlimited.

Already known by the Aborigines

The use of flower essences is an old healing method, which experienced a revival by the English physician Dr. Bach at the beginning of the 20th century. Even the Aborigines and other indigenous peoples knew about the power of flowers. To this day, everyone can produce and use flower essences themselves.

It was also important to Susanne Lang to emphasize: "It does not work without conventional medicine. The Bach flowers should not substitute any medicine, they should support." She inherited the knowledge and dedication for the various flower essences from her mother Erika Lang-Büttner.

At the MEKRA Health Weeks, there are a total of five different lectures on the body, mind and healthy nutrition. The donations on the five lecture evenings go to the women's shelter in Ansbach. You can register by e-mail at Empfang@mekra.de or by phone at 09847/989-0.
