Your body can do it all!

Sandra Eisenreich literally swept her audience off their feet last Monday in the new administration building of MEKRA Lang in Ergersheim as part of the public health lectures at MEKRA Lang.

Supported by the necessary technical information on the skeleton model she brought along, she explained the structure of the large and small muscular strands. Afterwards, the participants had to participate directly, as the deep muscles do not train themselves. If they are poorly developed, back pain, for example, can become noticeable.

With simple to difficult balance exercises, anyone can train the deep muscles at home or at work and thus alleviate a wide variety of complaints. After trying them out, it was also quickly clear how one's own musculature is doing and where one needs to tackle.

Taping is not only for competitive athletes

Sandra Eisenreich also demonstrated taping on two participants. The colorful adhesive strips are intended to provide support for the muscles, promote blood circulation, improve lymphatic drainage and prevent poor posture.

It is rare for a lecture to be given in such a realistic and directly tangible way, so it was no wonder that afterwards - at the healthy small buffet for the benefit of the women's shelter in Ansbach - there was a lively exchange with very personal questions.

Provided with concrete tips for more movement in everyday life, many participants went home with the good resolution to attach more importance to the small muscles and from now on to consequently overcome the inner pig dog.
